Personal Info
Joseph (“Joe”) O’Keefe is a Philadelphia native with a distinguished legal background. After many years in Pennsylvania, he shifted his focus to a nationwide practice specializing in complex commercial real estate transactions, business and real estate litigation, and defense of serious crimes.
He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Villanova’s School of Law and an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. For over twenty-five years, he ran a successful general practice in Pennsylvania before relocating to Colorado.
Joe has imparted more than a thousand continuing legal education credits on various topics, including Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, trial strategy, and more. He is admitted to practice in several jurisdictions, including the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court of Colorado, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Having fallen for Southern Colorado during a vacation, Joe and his wife, Natalie, relocated from Berks County to Colorado Springs. While his three children pursued their respective paths, Joe enjoys the Colorado mountains, gardening, and, reminiscent of times with his Nonna, cooking for the family.
